DAY 01. USA/TEL AVIV. Depart from USA to Tel Aviv. (Meals in Flight)

DAY 02. TEL AVIV / JERUSALEM. Afternoon arrival at Tel Aviv airport where we will transfer tour hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (D)

DAY 03. JERUSALEM / BETHLEHEM. This morning we drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Visit the Chapel of the Ascension, the Church of Pater Noster and walk along Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit the Church of All Nations, which stands on the Rock of the Agony. View the Eastern (Golden) Gate and the Pinnacle of the Temple. Drive to Mount Zion and visit the House of Caiaphas, "The High Priest," and the dungeon where Jesus was imprisoned the night He was arrested. We will also visit the Cenacle, the site of the Last Supper and the Tomb of King David. Continue to Bethlehem, where we will visit the ancient Basilica of the Nativity. Stand at the site where Jesus was born. In addition we will see Shepherd's Fields and the Field of Boaz. Return to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

DAY 04. JERUSALEM / TEMPLE MOUNT. Today, we visit the "Old City" of Jerusalem. We walk through the Dung Gate. See the Western Wall, Mount Moriah and the Dome of the Rock, where Abraham prepared to sacrifice Isaac. We continue to the Christian shrines to visit Pontius Pilate's Judgment Hall the convent of Ecce Homo Arch, and the Via Dolorosa, passing through the picturesque native bazaars. Lithostrotos, and then walk along the stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre built over Calvary and the Holy Tomb. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

DAY 05. BETHANY /JERICHO/ DEAD SEA. This morning we drive to visit Bethany, the site where Mary, Martha and Lazarus lived, and the Tomb of Lazarus. We continue to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. En Route we see Jericho, the oldest walled city in the world. We visit the site of Canaanite Jericho, Elisha's Fountain and view the Mount of Temptations and the Greek Orthodox Monastery. We will stop in Ein Gedi where we can put our feet into the Dead Sea. Drive through the Judean Hills and stop to view the valley of the Shadow of Death and the 4th Century Byzantine Monastery before returning to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

DAY 06. JERUSALEM/ JORDAN VALLEY / TIBIERIAS. This morning we leave Jerusalem for Tiberias heading north through the Jordan Valley and stop at the traditional site of baptism on the Jordan River. We will take a cruise on the Sea of Galilee, and visit Capernaum. Here we will see the house of Peter's mother-in-law and the Second Century Synagogue. We will visit the Mount of Beatitudes (site of Sermon on the Mount). Then we proceed to Magdala, home town of Mary Magdalen, and later to Tiberias for dinner and overnight. (B/D)


DAY 07. NAZARETH / MEGIDDO / HAIFA / CAESAREA. Today we will proceed to Nazareth, viewing Mt. Tabor and Cana traveling through the Valley of Esdraelon. Upon arrival we see the Church of the Annunciation, Joseph's Workshop and Mary's Well. We will also visit the Valley of Armageddon and the historic military fortress that controlled the highway between Egypt and Mesopotamia. Continue to Haifa to see Mount Carmel and visit Elijah's Cave. We will drive south along the Mediterranean Sea and stop in Caesarea, the ancient port built by King Herod the Great. We visit the fortress used by the Crusaders, the harbor, moat and amphitheater. On to Netanya for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

DAY 08. TEL AVIV/ROME. Transfer to Tel Aviv airport for departure to Rome. Upon arrival we will be met by our Priority Travel & Tours representative and transfer to our hotel. The balance of the day is at your leisure. (B/D)

DAY 09. ROME. Today we will visit the Vatican City includes the Museum, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's square, Church of St. Peter, Basilica of St. Paul, the ancient Appian Way and the Catacombs of St. Calixtus. Afternoon sightseeing will include Moses Fountain, Quirnale Palace, Pantheon, Roman Forum, Arch of Titus, the Coliseum and Mamertine Prison, possibly the final place of confinement of Apostle Paul before his execution. DAY 10. ROME/NEW YORK. Morning departure from USA -- the close of our unforgettable tour of the Bible Lands, to have walked in the footsteps of the Lord and the Early Christians. (Meals in Flight)
